Arden Vell ships fashion and apparel orders placed through ardenvell.com.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing where applicable.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions such as free shipping may apply from time to time.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent by email after your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Arden Vell is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Arden Vell may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@ardenvell.com with your order number. We will help review the tracking information and contact the carrier where possible.
Arden Vell is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or events outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.
